GASTRONOMY

Brigitte, a true Mediterranean, likes nothing better than to surprise her guests with her dishes, all bursting with Provençal tastes and aromas… Her cooking combines herbs and spices from faraway shores, organic vegetables from Velleron's farmer market, fish or shellfish, mostly from the Mediterranean, or meats, sourced either in Provence or from its neighbouring regions. Brigitte has a passion for adding a modern twist to age-old Provençal recipes and blending unexpected ingredients together, making her dishes truly individual and delightful.
